Package Purchase Requirements
- $1,000,000 event insurance policy with TWISTED OAKS EVENT RENTAL listed as the additional insured is required. The special event insurance can be through your homeowner’s insurance or through the website www.theeventhelper.com.
- Your licensed vendors are required to carry liability insurance separately. Caterers must be licensed.
Package Payment Schedule
- Down payment of $3,000 is due immediately to secure the date.
- Down payment is NONREFUNDABLE.
- Full payment is due 3 months prior to the event date.
- Damage deposit of $1,000 is due along with the final payment. This damage deposit will be returned to you after the event is complete if no issues arise. More information can be found in the contract.
