How involved is the venue staff on my wedding day?
We will be onsite and available for questions, but we are not the wedding coordinator or event planner.
What additional fees are not part of the venue cost?

Who is responsible for cleaning the venue at the end of the night?
All décor and personal items need to be removed by midnight. On-site staff will assist with sweeping and wiping down tables.
Are there any other people than those listed above whom we need to have help?
Be mindful that you should have a host/hostess to help release tables. If you have fairy lights, battery-operated candles, etc. do you have someone designated to turn those on? Do you have someone you would like to say grace before the meal? Cake cutters, someone refilling snack items you might be putting out? We can help remind you of the small things that are often overlooked and comes with the experience of having hosted several events.

No, not at this time. White table linens are included.

Yes, outside the pavilion near the bar.
Is there a preferred vendor list?
No, you are welcome to choose the vendors of your choice and are not limited to a specific list. We are collecting vendor information from our couples and would be happy to provide information on request. Otherwise, please visit the Sauk Centre Area Chamber of Commerce Wedding Planning Section for a list of local vendors that are part of the chamber. Vendors that want to be featured or added to our list can contact us to learn more.
